I'm trying to install an additional language, but get the following error message:
"The access of this API is restricted and the current domain is not associated with any licenses on our end."
I'm kind of puzzeled because i just bought your software with the promise of UNLIMITED installations.
It now seems that installation is limited to the domain which is listed for support.....
If this is the case please change the license to http://www.catenova.nl

Hello Koos,

There are no restrictions to your installations. You can still install the extensions on as many sites as you want using the full package.

The restrictions to the language api server is only to the supported domains but you can still install EasySocial on as many sites as you want.

I have now updated the domain to catenova.nl

Hi Mark,

Thank you for the swift reply.
My problem, however, still remains the same.
It is impossible to install an additional language when Easysocial is installed on a domain different from the supported domain...
How do I resolve this?

rgrds,
Koos

Since the language uses an external web service to download, it is restricted to your licensed domain. We are only restricting usage to the service but not the source code.

You can:

1. Copy the language files that was downloaded on your supported domain to your non supported domains

or

2. Manually download the language files from https://www.transifex.com/stack-ideas/es2/
