Automatic language forwarding/switch after login does not work on Joomla pages. Only on EasySocial pages.

For the login I use the drop-down module.

And when I'm on an EasySocial page, it works perfectly.

If I am currently on a Joomla article, then the forwarding does not work.

It's rare that someone logs in from a Joomla site. But if you have as a logout-redirection a Joomla article. And then a other user logs in with a different language, then he is not forwarded to his language.
Hi Chris,

i have checked this and it seems like there is a bug with Joomla language filter plugin where it cannot get the correct associated menu item. It happens when there is article id provided in the url.

Perhaps you can provide us with your site access so that we can directly debug this issue on your site and provide you with any good suggestion to fix this issue.

Yes with this Joomla language filter plugin annoyed me for months around. In some versions it works.

I get back to the problem when I've finished with my page and have not found a solution yet.

Thank you Muhammad
