Yep, that should be the correct file. Which particular string are you trying to translate?

Looks like some language files is missing some language string. So I copy the en-GB file to other language, translate it and rename the file. Looks ok so far.

But there's some other issue appear. It' seems that when I switch to other language, from any menu from toolbar, the page goes back to default dashboard page.

It seems like there is an issue with the Italian translations at line 9762 below,

PLG_SYSTEM_ES_AGEVERIFICATION_TNC="<ol class=\\"_QQ_"es-ageverify__terms-list\\"_QQ_"><li> Devi avere almeno 18 anni </li><li> Devi vivere negli Stati Uniti </li></ol>"

It should be as below:

PLG_SYSTEM_ES_AGEVERIFICATION_TNC="<ol class="_QQ_"es-ageverify__terms-list"_QQ_"><li> Devi avere almeno 18 anni </li><li> Devi vivere negli Stati Uniti </li></ol>"

I have fixed this on your site and also contacted the Italian translator.
