If you only looking for this translation "User created a new page Whateveritis", this is the language constants which use to translate this.

APP_PAGE_PAGES_STREAM_CREATED_PAGE="%1$s created a new page %2$s"

If you looking for all the different kind of stream post type, then it will involved a lot of language constants.

I would suggest you that download one of the text editor e.g. Sublime then option this file under JoomlaFolder/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini

Then follow my step to replace all the page keyword to room https://take.ms/lge54 .

Once you done already you can copy all these translated language to your English override file. JoomlaFolder/language/overrides/en-GB.override.ini

What I'm trying to locate the language file to change the phrase that shows up on a tweet (note attached screenshot) when sharing a page (Room in our case). Would you know where that file is located?

Hm, actually this is the correct language constant translate that translation :

APP_PAGE_PAGES_STREAM_CREATED_PAGE="%1$s created a new page %2$s"

Can you view this single stream item page and view for the page source and see whether this "twitter:description" did updated your page to room yet?

1. Click on this single stream item link https://take.ms/U62PG
2. Then right click on the page and select view page source
3. search for 'twitter:description' https://take.ms/dCsbX

If it already translated to room, then try validate this from Twitter validator https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator and see the preview is it still show the same.
