Hi,

According to the following documentation page, I expected to see options regarding language associations.

https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/how-tos/how-to-create-blogpost-language-association

However, I cannot see any at my website. Please, refer to the attached screen capture.

Thanks and Regards
Bilal
Hi there,

You should be able to configure them here http://take.ms/NNLwz. Please give it at try and see how it goes. If still not shown, Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Please advice.

Thank you for the quick, useful reply. I can now see the options to associate posts to each other. However, when I click on the (Browse) button to select a post, I get an error message. Please, refer to the attached screen capture.

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Thank you for your reply.

1. FTP: I am currently developing on my local PC (localhost). I have not, yet, installed my website on a web host.

2. Access: I am sorry, I cannot see where I should add the additional access. Currently, there is ONLY one user (Super User), which is defined on the system. I am currently using this Super User.

Hi there,

It should be no problem for same users accessed on same time.

By the way, from the looks of your screenshot, it seems that you are using very old version of Easyblog. Have you tried to update them and see whether those issues already solved or not?

Please advice.

Hi there,

That a bit weird actually as on my end, those language selections should be shown here http://take.ms/defrA instead of those place you referred on your previous reply.

It is required for us to access your site in order to further check them currently. Please advice.

Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion. I can view those now and there are no such error on my end. It is required for me to access your site currently in order to further check this issues.

Can you maybe setup https://ngrok.com/docs so that we can further check them. Please advice.

However, it does NOT work on the backend! Does work for you on the backend?

I have a feeling that the JS used for this does NOT work properly on localhost. However, it is very hard for me to provide you with access to my local PC. If you can test it on a localhost, it would be great.

Anyway, I will test it again after I move the website to a web hosting server (in the coming few days). I will let you know what happens then.
