First, you will need to set the default language of Joomla on the site to Portuguese Brazilian. Once that is set, go to the languages section of EasySocial and install the Portuguese Brazilian language pack

I'm from Brasil and I install the Portuguese Brasilian language pack but the configuration is still in English.

If you are referring to EB backend, make sure you are logged in with the appropriate language(http://take.ms/AYtZk).
If not, can you show us a screenshot of the area that is in English?
Keep in mind that the languages are translated by volunteered translators so there may be areas that are still untranslated.
