By the way, can you include your site's access and FTP's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so that you no need to insert your site details for every ticket in the future?

Yes, i will update the FTP access once i recreate new credentials since i destroyed the old ones. I usually keep the FTP off by default.
