Laguage strings missing

My language strings are missing/gone bananas after upgrade to 5.0.20/21.
Hope you can help.
Have tried manual download and ftp transfer, but no luck (it got even worse...).

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as we are currently having a Joomla conference here in Malaysia and most of the team are involved in the preparation.

I have help you install again, it work fine now.
