Kunena Truncation

Hello ...

If there is a product feature request category, I could not find it. Is it in front of my face? I hope this is OK here.

It appears there was some interest from another ES user in truncating a Kunena Topic in EasySocial. Was this a plug-in available in the past? For a short sentence or two, a full display on the ES Stream is no problem. I would like to have site members develop extensive discussions in Kunena, but be truncated on the ES Stream. You have a truncation setting built into EasyBlog, which is perfect. Would you have an interest in developing the same capability for ES? Not truncating Kunena kind of kills Kunena integration with ES. Could this be something I could pay for? I would pay for a plugin without question.

I am sorry that I still not quite sure if I understand you here, do you mean that you do not want to truncate your Kunena content from the stream item in Easysocial?

If yes, you can set your "Truncate Content" to unlimited from the Kunena forum app, you can check my attached screenshot below.

If you want to show the truncation, then you can set to Limited and set how many character you would like to show into the stream item.

Keep us update if I misunderstand with your current requirement.

I was looking to set a limit to streaming content.
This resolved my request.
