Hi,

I have a couple of issues with Kommento:

1. When I get the notification email asking me to approve a pending comment, the authors name is "Guest". I would like this to be their "Name".

2. When I click "Approve Comment" I would like to be redirected to the page where the comment is. At the moment, I am taken to my blog/latest page.

3. I have enabled Replies in both the layout settings and the ACL settings for guest, but I can't see any option to reply to comments on the comment form. See here: http://dev.teenstreet.org.au/events/teenstreet-one-day-brisbane
