May I know what issue that you are facing now? I've tested the latest Komento (2.0.9) with the latest Zoo (3.3.10) and the comment form is displayed correctly: http://take.ms/rqt7X . Have you follow this documentation: http://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/integrations/zoo ?
