I was using an old version of Komento. I have now upgraded to the latest version 2.0.5

This was a major release upgrade 1 to 2 so I performed the database upgrade.

The site was working under the release 1 versions of the component.

Now whenever I have Komento enabled everyone gets the message "you don't have permission to view or post comments"

I can enable other comment (Facebook or Disqus) in Easyblog and they work ok.

Hey Martin,

This is most likely an ACL issue in Komento itself. Go to the ACL section and configure the ACL appropriately for the public users.

By the way, it looks like your account isn't tied up with Komento. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

P/S: Please remember to assign your domain to your license to obtain for support in the future. You can do so by accessing your license area at http://stackideas.com/dashboard
