I believe yours is french, fr-FR.

Is there a way to be notified by email for new comments without loading the page after?
Like just after the submitting for exemple. Because for now, the notification is sent just by refreshing the page or load an other page with komento.

Yes this is possible by using cronjobs on the server. There are a few docs relating to cronjobs here. If you are not sure how to setup cronjob on the server, you may consult your webhosting provider.

Once you have set it up, you may disable the send email on page load setting in Komento to leave email processing to the cronjob.

Yes I already see that cronjobs can make the job but only each hour... That's not instant.

If you don't want to use the send email on page load method, cronjob is the only other way. I don't think there are webhosting providers out there allowing you to run cronjob every second. That is very intensive on the servers since you are posting requests every second.

Perhaps you can try 1 minute or 2 minutes interval? You can ask your webhosting provider what is the minimum interval you can set.

The minimum interval is 1 hour.
I thought that was a way without the use of cronjobs. Like when you complete a contact form for example, the email come instantly.

In that case, I would suggest that you switch to a server that allows at least 5 minutes interval of cron execution.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to send the email instantly like registration emails.
Joomla 4.2 also has a scheduler component which can be used to run Komento's cron url, but I noticed your site is still on Joomla 3.

Yes my site is always in Joomla 3 because Themler is not so compatible with Joomla 4, then I need to wait...
