Hello,

I had a number of updates a couple days ago. During updates, my site completely broke. I restored my site and have been working my way through the various updates, to determine which one broke the site.

I have narrowed it do to be the Komento plugin. After the update, when I go to a page with a comment on it, it is completely broken. The error on the page says "0 Call to a member function getAuthorId() on boolean".

I have attached a screenshot of the way it should look, and the way it looks after the update when it's broken.

I cannot leave the broken site in place. I need to have a functioning site. So it is restored back to the previous version.

Can you see if you can figure out what the problem is.

Thank you.

Thora
Hi there,

I have updated and rename this folder .../templates/g5_helium/html/com_komento/comments_ and should works as it should now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.

Hi there,

I suspected that those issues might caused by your template override. Currently, it is not possible for us to access your FTP can you provide us with valid access for further check on this issues?

Please advice.
