komento update

Hi there, good morning,

I've bought komento (Order ID: SI180203-2795-34265 ) to update my install on portugoal.net, but the system is displaying the following error: "You do not have a subscription or your subscription has already expired. You will not be able to utilize our versioning services".
Also, the comments on the main page are not working anymore, sending progress circle goes on forever.
Can you help to solve this issues, please?

Hey Claudino,

It looks like your downloaded package is most likely corrupted. I have re-installed Komento for you and it is working fine now.

Hi there,

After checking on your site, it seems that there are missing columns on your Komento components. It might be during update it does not run some of the query. I have added those missing columns on your site and it should works fine now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.
