Ah, I see. The komento syncing comment only works if you comment using Komento in the Easyblog post. I've added an example for you to see in this post: http://vgiksoundcommunity.org/materialy/blogi-uchastnikov/vfs-log-13-lynn-canyon-park-water-library-novogodnij-podarok where, I've added a comment "Test Komento comment" and it generates a stream item on Easysocial stream: http://screencast.com/t/eo8hd2aHoDZ showing that I've added a comment. If you notice in that stream item, I've added another comment "test reply komento stream item", which then synced to the blog post komento: http://screencast.com/t/ZXZvZqew8zS That's how the sync works.

As for the stream item generated everytime you post a comment here: http://screencast.com/t/zyIWA3A7yE , It is because you have enabled this option: http://screencast.com/t/m0XSWXGAk1 in backend>Easyblog>Settings>Integrations>Easysocial. This happened because, when you added a comment in that "Created new blog post" stream item, the comment will sync with Easyblog comment which will create a new stream item "Added new comment": http://screencast.com/t/HMdSC4Mu .
