Komento with Joomla 3.5

When I reply to a comment by a user the user should receive an email notification , but appears this error :

SMTP error the Following recipients failed Relay access denied

and the user does not receive any notification .

SMTP works correctly with other email.

Any suggestions?

This error is actually being generated by Joomla's mailer API. You need to change the e-mail settings in Joomla Global Configuration section

And i have to change from SMTP to PHP Mail?

Hey there,

SMTP should work with other mail provider, it would be best if you can consult with your webhosting provider which mailer service their support.
