I suspect one of the 3rd party plugins redirect to this community builder page, because when i hit 404 error, this is the URL it redirect to :

Can you update your site FTP access and add my current IP address 175.144.21.82 into your server whitelist so I can able to access your backend? Because now i hitting this :

ERROR 403 - Forbidden!

May i know do you still using Community builder on your site?

If no, it seems like you do not have uninstalled one of the community builder plugin from your site which caused this issue.

Since i can't able to disable that plugin from your site backend, I already renamed this file :
JoomlaFolder/plugins/system/communitybuilder_bak

It should work fine now, can you give it a check?
