Seems like one of the 3rd party EasySocial application was caused the issue http://take.ms/o19pX notification application
Most likely this application was not updated. As this is not developed by us, perhaps, can you consult with their developer regarding this?

*I've temporary disable this application, and the commenting (komento) working fine now.
