I have link the user posting to Easy social profile for you. You can do enable this feature by

Login to your backend->Components->Komento->Integrations->select your extension ->Layout->Avatar->

Under Integration select EasySocial

and Under Use Komento User Profile->select No

Also the reason why you can't link the comments to the easysocial profile is that you select Gravatar in Integration instead of Easysocial and use Komento User profile->is selected to yes.
