I cannot key-in and fill the fields of the komento area for this page,
could you try to post any comments there,
and if you succeed tell me which browser you are using.

I test and it does not succeed with Chrome, Safari, IE, and Edge ..

Seems like i can replicate them and i am not able to key them in currently. It seems that all fields cannot be key-in including Komento log-in form.

Can you un-block those credentials(given on our CRM) so that we can further check them on your site? Please advice.

Ok, you can acceed to my joomla account as super user, it is un-blocked

Hi there,

Somehow there are conflict of Jquery's on your site with Komento's and this plugin "System - Web357 Cookies Policy Notification Bar". I have disabled this settings http://take.ms/SmtD1 on your end and it should works fine now. Can you give it a check and see how it goes.

By the way, can you consult "System - Web357 Cookies Policy Notification Bar" service provider regarding this and see how it goes as those queries are conflicting with each other.

I have now other problems .. maybe I should remove this extension web357

Using what you have done,

with Chrome browser, i cannot type in the fields (same problem as before)
with Private access in Chrome, i can type in the fields, but i cannot validate the form, the recaptcha does not work correctly, and with the bug inspection of chrome i found many conflicts, listed here under *,
with Firefox Browser, i cannot type in the fields, the recaptcha does not work correctly
with a samsung s3 tablet (9.7 inch), i can type in the fields but i cannot use backspace key and arrow-left key
with all of them, a new line-text appear at the bottom left of the page : "Powered by Warp Theme Framework" (linked to yootheme.com)

I should found a solution if I want to continue with your extensions, i like them, and i would like to go to your bundle.

Hi there,

After further check it seems that it is not solely caused by that plugin. It seems that somehow your current template causing this issues to happen as when i tried to disable those plugins, those issues still persisted and using default template this issues no longer persist.

Can you consult with yoo_monday template regarding this and see how they responded. Let us know once you get respond from them, so that we can further check this issues. And do provide us with your FTP access credentials so that we can further check this issues once you get respond from yoo_monday template.
