Thanks for getting back to us quickly, I can able to connect with your FTP server now.

May i know did you make any redirection setting from your Joomla or server? Because I noticed when I press submit new comment that moment, the server response return 303 error.

If yes, can you temporary disable all the redirection setting from your server and see add new comment is it work?

This is our server and dns configuration (attached)

Can it be a problem with sh404sef or with our .htaccess file? These are the only kind of redirection that i know on our system

I've tried to rename .htaccess file to another name and disabled sh404sef extension in your site, but it seems like this issue is not related with these .htaccess and sh404sef.

May i know your own server is it have some administrator moderate it?

Because for some reason when submit this ajax url to your server http://yoursite.com/?option=com_komento , then your web server thinks that this URL should be redirected to another URL, so it show this response 303 see other from your server.

So I would like to know is there anyway to check is it have block or redirect this kind of ajax URL from your server.
