You might want to try change the admin template and see how it goes. Otherwise it is hard for to identify the issue actually. Is it possible for you to upload your site to live server and let us debug?

There is something really wrong with your hosting because the files in /media/foundry/3.1/scripts contains many missing files. I tried to upload via ose-fileman but your hosting is pretty messed up as it doesn't extract it properly. Can you please post the FTP access so that I can manually upload it ?

I've made an ftp account for yuo, I do not think it's the fault of hosting, even in localhost options Komento were blocked after the first configuration,.
