Komento notifications url

I just noticed with the latest ED and Komento, the notifications of a new (Komento) comment are different and not working as before.

Before, clicking on an ED notification about a comment would take you to the page and scroll down automatically to the comment it was notifying you about. Now it doesn't.

The url now is: /component/easyblog/entry/announcements/costume-mashup?Itemid=0#620
This just takes you to the blog post. It doesn't jump down to the comment.

It is an missing identifier on our part.

Also, it seems like I can't particularly modify the file at /components/com_komento/helpers/easysocial.php due to the file permission. Could you manually replace the file with the one I've uploaded here?
