Komento not sending comment notification emails.

Hello,

I'm using Komento free but im thinking in buying it, because i really like the component.
But i have a serious problem with the mails when an user does a comment of one of my articles.

First of all, you need to know i'm using Joomla! 2.5 with the last version of Komento free.
My site is serfelices.org.

Well, i have 2 kind of users: Public users and Authors.
The authors can create articles for public users, and everyone can comment in any article. But if the one who comments is a Public user (actually, it's a guest, he doesn't need to be logged), then the administrator (me) needs to approve the comment in order to be shown.

Komento sends any mail BUT this kind of mails.
I checked all my configurations and i think they're OK. I also checked the cronjob, it's configured just like the tutorial.

I will attach some screenshots of my configuration.

As you see, the MailQ says the mails are sent, but i never recieve them.

Please, can you help me with this problem?

Hi,

If you are receiving other Komento emails, and mailq states the mail has been sent, then you might want to check your email's spam folder. We tested and are using Komento on our official website and the moderation email is sending properly.

I already checked my spam folder and i didn't recieve any email, even when it's in State 1 (sent).

In that case then please provide us your site's access and FTP access so that we can investigate this.

We already fixed it. Seems like there was a problem with the mail system (strange, but whatever).

We deleted the account so it's not public anymore.
