Hello.
I don't have a button which closes the window in the comments. See screenshot.

Question about the ratings. Why the need for ratings?
Hello,

Please add the css blocks below into your template's css file,

body .foundryDialog .dialog-closeButton {
background: url("/media/foundry/3.1/styles/dialog/images/cross-8.png") repeat scroll center center rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
}

As for the ratings, if you don't want to use it, you can disable it but some users uses it to rate items on the blog / article / any page that Komento is added on.

Hello user23,

I don't have a button which closes the window in the comments. See screenshot.

>> May i know how to reproduce this pop-up windows in your screenshot?

Question about the ratings. Why the need for ratings?

>> Actually that rating is just for people who like/agree this comment then vote it, when the visitor look at the comment, so they will notice which comment is more people vote it.

Hi guys.
The button appeared. Thank you very much.

Maybe we should use the rating to assess articles or blog?

For articles and blogs is not suitable. The user can estimate the rating many times. We use third-party rating and there's 1 vote per IP

Hello.
I badly understand English.
I have provided a link for reference.
Maybe we should revise the rating that would be used for rating articles?

To be honest with you, I don't see any links you are posting here and Komento just provides the ratings . If you do not want to use the ratings in Komento, you can just disable it from the settings

Hi Mark,
Sorry for the long answer.
Rating articles:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients-a-communities/ratings-a-reviews
We use the plugin:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients-a-communities/ratings-a-reviews/5483
Maybe we should do the same? Use rating articles?

Hello,

Thanks for the heads up on this but our idea of creating Komento is not to actually be a rating system but rather a comment extension

Then you should do what the user had rated once. And not always on each response.
Once in the article. If you want to discuss in the comments and constantly to lower the rating, it's bad.

This is just a suggestion.
