After checked further, it seems like "My Map Locations" developer haven't update their Komento integration plugin php file compatible with Komento 3.x , I already help you applied some fix into this file /demo3/components/com_mymaplocations/komento_plugin.php, can you give it a check is it work fine now?

By the way, please report this issue to this "My Map Locations" developer regarding this, so other user will not hit this issue again.

Comments URLs won't link to the location

Fixed yes but then I don't have seo friendly URL anymore so I must check with my maps.
