Komento Love List User is blank

Hi,

The user for love lists on Komento comments seems to be blank. I have attached a screenshot.
Even though I have enabled integrations with EasySocial, clicking on the user name does not take me to EasyProfile.
Wonder what I am missing here.

Hi there,

Based on my observations, it seems that those user are Guest, and it will not recognized as a user, and it will not redirect your to the EasySocial. Please advice.

How about the folks who commented ? Wei Lee is an original user, but it doesn't take me to the profile either. Do you know if I am missing any configuration ? Thanks !

Hi there,

It seems that i cant fully accessed your Komento and EasySocial for further check on this issues, and from what i see on the codes, it seem that, those user, Wei Lee, also a 'Guest'. Please advice.

Hi,

Those are not guests, even when I have logged in as Admin and like a comment, it shows up blank in the love list. I have updated backend and FTP access, please take a look.

Thanks for your permission, but it seems that i still don't have full permission on your Komento currently.

By the way, maybe you can check your setting at Backend>Components>Komento>Settings>Users>General as shown https://screencast.com/t/FcpEEnKq4w might be currently, your 'Profile Picture Integration' configured wrongly. Please advice.
