I apologize since, the problem was resolved on my english page.
but I tried the same on the spanish side of the site and it did not work!
I know I must be missing something!

Hi there,

It seems that you have set as this settings 'Global setting for comments' for you K2 to 'Disabled'. By the way, i have changed it to 'Everyone' as shown https://monosnap.com/file/gxeB2PQJEtpufph5ZKDuZcwEn1FY5N. It should works fine now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes
