Dear Forum,
I've followed this simple guide http://stackideas.com/docs/komento/installation/installing-languages-joomla-25-30.
The default language of the joomla site was already set to Italian, in there anywhere else (within Komento) where i need to set the language?

SORRY my bad i installed the easyblog language! Now it works!
