If the problem still persist can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly?

i never could access the integration settings. if i try to, i get the problem shown on the picture. I had never access to it, even on the blank install it has this issue.

May I know what version of komento you are using currently? The latest version now is version 2.0.2. Perhaps you can try to update it first and see if the problem still persist. You can download the latest installer here, http://stackideas.com/dashboard .

It seems like the following components is causing the issue on your site, "com_fsj_faqs". Below is the error message that appear when I turn error reporting to maximum:

Fatal error: Class 'FSJ_Lang_Helper' not found in /mnt/webu/a2/12/55824612/htdocs/components/com_fsj_faqs/komento_plugin.php on line 33

When I rename komento_plugin.php file everything is working correctly. Since the plugin is not written by us, you can consult with com_fsj_faqs developers regarding on this error as they know best with their own components.
