Komento integration with Music Collection from JoomlaThat

Hello,

we're having issues with integrating Komento with Music Collection (from http://www.joomlathat.com ) in our website.
The Komento plugin that JoomlaThat provides works well in many websites.. but not ours.

The function used to show komento comments inside the component is:

Komento::commentify()

this does not "break", but it shows nothing.

Again, this same plugin with this same function is working fine on other websites.

Do you have a clue what could be causing this?

After checking on your site, seems like you didnt enabled this settings http://take.ms/xhrlf. I have enabled them for you and it should shown correctly now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.

on the frontend, Komento comments should appear, for example, in this page: https://mahiber.com/music/M/2-melaku-tegegn/3-tewesta-volume-4

if it's useful to you:

our plugin that integrates Komento and Music Collection is in /plugins/muscol/komento/komento.php

the function that is called on that album page is function onCommentsAlbum($album_id)

inside this function you will see the call to the Komento API using Komento::commentify()
