Unfortunately that is not possible to integration Komento in Easydiscuss.

You can take a look which component can integrate with Komento from our documentation here : https://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/integrations/joomla-article (see the left sidebar)

But some of the 3rd party component name will not show it here even Komento can integrate with their extension because they build their own plugin for integration to Komento.
