Hello:

I installed Komento and integrated it with EasyBlog. Need help with two things:

1. In EasyBlog comments section, the title reads as "Komento Comments". I want it to say only "Comments". How do I do that?
2. Need the file name and location of the "Register" link for Komento login

Please see the attached screenshot for clarity.

Another question that I have is:

3. If I enable Komento for Joomla Articles and I do not want Komento to display on certain Joomla pages, how do I configure that?

Thanks and regards,
Mangesh
Hello Mangesh,

Regarding,
"Komento Comments". I want it to say only "Comments".
I have helps you configure this. It is in en-GB.com_easyblog.ini not in en-GB.com_komento.in.

Regarding tags to disable komento's comments, you just put {KomentoDisable} at the end of your article.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Hello Mangesh,

Kindly please find the answers to your inquiries below:

1. In EasyBlog comments section, the title reads as "Komento Comments". I want it to say only "Comments". How do I do that?

You need to modify them in your language file located in /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini

2. Need the file name and location of the "Register" link for Komento login
Please see the attached screenshot for clarity.

The file is located in /components/com_komento/themes/kuro/comment/form/login.php

3. If I enable Komento for Joomla Articles and I do not want Komento to display on certain Joomla pages, how do I configure that?

You can use the tag {KomentoDisable} to explicitly disable comments per article basis.

Hi Mark:

I am not being able to find "Komento Comments" anywhere in the en-GB.com_easyblog.ini file. Can you please look it up for me?

Point 2 is sorted

And for pint 3, do I just mention this tag in the article body itself? Any particular position?

Regards,
Mangesh

Hello Mangesh,

I am sorry for the late reply.

1. Can you find: COM_EASYBLOG_COMMENT_SYSTEM_KOMENTO="Komento Comments" in line 1457.

2. Glad to hear.

3. Regarding "If I enable Komento for Joomla Articles and I do not want Komento to display on certain Joomla pages, how do I configure that? "
>> Another solution that you can use is create a category in which this category cannot be commented. You can disable it in komento integrations on the selected category.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Nope, in fact the en-GB.com_komento.ini file on my server has only 537 lines

Server credentials have been mentioned below for your reference.... I have also attached the file for your reference.

With regards to the 3rd point, while the above solution of excluding the category is a good alternative, will really appreciate if you can let me know how to use the tag... do I just insert it in the article body? Any particular location?

Regards,
Mangesh
