I've tested your issue on my local. After enabling komento comments in easyblog's integration settings, the expanded emojis and komento comments just load in the default comment area without any issues. Please see the screenshot I've attached below.

I require your site access credentials to check into the issue further.

I forgot to check integration in easyblog -> comments -> integrations,
I had it on in komento for all categories and wondered why it isnt working, perhaps info that it has to be enabled on other side also would be helpful
