thanks
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

The reason why you hitting this issue is because that is previous bug installation in Joomla 3.3.6, after we fixed in this launcher file JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_komento/setup/controllers/install.post.php in this current latest version, it will not affected with your existing install.post.php file because when you upload launcher installer or update via Komento backend dashboard, it will not override the fix in that install.post.php file.

But you have to use following method to fix this :

1. Download the Full installer from your dashboard then upload through your Joomla backend installer page.

2. Or download my attached file and replace into above file location then upload the new launcher installer again from backend.

By the way, I already manage to update your latest version of Komento, can you give it a check?

Hello Jimmy,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked your site and it looks like the installed jQuery version is different for your Joomla site for some reasons.

I have configured Komento so that it renders it's own jQuery as you can see here, http://take.ms/13pdd and the page loads up fine now.
