- is Komento available in french and english ? At least frontend.

Yes, Komento does come with French translation ( thanks to our volunteer French translator ) and English.

- is it possible to make all the backgrounds transparent ? In frontend.

As for the above, I am sorry but currently there is not option to set the background to be transparent. However, if you have knowledge on css styling, you can apply your custom css code into Komento's custom css editor so that your custom css code will be applied to Komento and komento rendered at the frontend. Please see attached image.
