Komento form not displaying

Hi,

I have installed Komento Free version and using it with Joomla Articles. I have configured everything as mentioned in the installation documentation. But still I cannot see the Form from where public or any one can comment.

Please advise me if I am lacking any configuration.

Hello Mishal,

We can't actually identify the cause of the issue here. Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on it? Please advise.

Hi Nik,

I'm sorry but we are contracted only for this project and and we are not been provided with the FTP details. I cannot provide you the login details as the details are for the client's personal use.

However looking through inspect element I can see the form elements coming on the webpage, so could it be an issue with the template??

Hello Mishal,

It is hard for us to debug your site. However, you can try to change to other template and see how it goes. Or you can disable any suspicious plugin. Hope this helps.
