I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like you have installed komento after EasySocial was installed, hence the alert rules for komento comment did not get installed correctly. I have manually run "discover alert" from your backend > easysocial > alerts > discover and it should be working correctly now. Please have a look.

It seems like you are using older version of Komento. Can you update your komento to latest version (version 2.0.6) first and see if that will fix the issue?

it seems like you didn't install Komento apps so it will missing these language translation string.
