Dear sirs,

yesterday I bought the Komento component and until now I can not download it. Indeed, it does not appears in "my purchases" section.

The paid was made yesterday at 15:43 (CEST) and in the email you sent me appears the followind order reference :

Order Reference / ID: SI140408-4536-98179


Please, could you help me?

This is why our system did not find your purchase; it was unable to detect and link due to the email differences. However, I've helped you to solve this and you should be able to download your copy of Komento by logging in and navigate to your dashboard.
