I try integrate komento with easyblog and jdownloads, i see the documentation, everithing is ok but komento dont work in frontend.

In EasyBlog, the article itself needs to enable comments for comments to work. http://d.pr/i/NaUk
As for JDownloads, it is not officially supported yes as it is still under development. I am sorry for the confusions. The plugin for JDownloads wasn't meant to be in the package.
