Hi, after upgrading to the latest version of Komento, I can no more add comments to the articles of my website. For istance, I cannot add comments in this article: http://www.waterwind.it/new/it/report-articoli/488-fuerteventura-playa-sotavento-giugno-2016-di-pietro-vataman.html

It seems that all the previous settings have been kept after upgrading. So I don't understand, which is the problem. Do I have to do something with the database?

Thank you for help
Hey Fabio,

It looks like your account isn't tied up with any subscriptions on our site. Is there any mistake on our end? Would it be possible for you to contact us at https://crm.stackideas.com and provide us with the order reference and your username so that we can fix this up for you?

If you currently do not have a subscription, I suggest that you obtain one so we can provide you support regarding issues with Komento in your domain. This is because our priority support is only available for users with a valid subscription. Thank you for understanding.

yes I do not have any subscription. So, I suppose you won't support me. Mine is a non professional website, and I cannot afford any paid extensions. I faced lots of other problems with you extension before, which I could solve by mayself. I think you should provide for a little of support also for the free version of you extension. I think I will search for another extension.

Thanks

Thanks for your feedback, Fabio. Unfortunately, our support policy does clearly state that for Komento we can only provide support to customers with a valid subscription. Thanks for your understanding.

Hello Fabio,

I've tried using Kuro theme in my local and it is working just fine. Can you provide us your backend and FTP so I can troubleshoot this on your site?

Hello Fabio,

I've figured out the cause of your issue. This issue is because in the latest release, we have fixed something in Kuro theme and also we have removed Kuro from Free package since Wireframe is currently the default theme for Komento (Previously is Kuro). Here you can see that in the Free installer won't have the Kuro fix that I mentioned earlier which is causing the issue you are facing now. And yes, the only fix is to change the theme to wireframe.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
