Just bought and installed Komento. Going through the setup and my setup page looks nothing like the DocMan setup manual here: https://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/integrations/DocMan
Hi there,

Sorry for the delay of this reply.

Can you provide us with your FTP access for further check on this issues? Please advice.

Hi, similar issue here. Komento is working fine for content articles but it gives a JavaScript error on DOCman documents (Uncaught Reference Error: Komento is not defined). The bbcode editor is not showing the toolbar icons and the submit comment button is not working.

Hi Miguel,

Hi, similar issue here. Komento is working fine for content articles but it gives a JavaScript error on DOCman documents (Uncaught Reference Error: Komento is not defined).

It would be best if you can create a new thread instead as it seems that it is quite different with above issues. It is much easier for us to manage and you will get faster response by creating a new thread. By the way, i would advice you to included your backend and FTP for us directly check them for you.

The bbcode editor is not showing the toolbar icons and the submit comment button is not working.

It Jquery might be got conflict with one of your plugins. Maybe you can go to Backend>Components>Komento>Settings>System>General and enable 'Load Komento's jQuery Library' and see how it goes

Please advice.
