Komento Disapears from SobiPro with Refresh

I have Komento Professional.. that's integrated with SobiPro. For some reason.. when I refresh the page on an entry page.. komento disappears. It stays gone.. for about 10 minutes and then comes back.

Example;

http://192.185.183.29/~bajook/index.php/coupon-deals?pid=65&sid=458:ichronstudio-1

Am I doing something wrong?

Can you please provide us with the FTP access to the site so that I can check on this for you? By the way, is the url http://192.185.183.29/~bajook/index.php/coupon-deals?pid=65&sid=458:ichronstudio-1 the entry page of the item?

I added the ftp info/joomla login in the thread.. and in this comment (I think). It happens to all SobiPro entries.. the above link is just an example.

Hello Eric,

I've checked your site and seems like the issue is because this option is turned on: http://screencast.com/t/dsSY8PgEWuw . I've turned it off and the issue is gone.
