You can disable those bbcode setting from backend > Komento > setting > layout > BBcode , you can refer at my first screenshot below.

Regarding that login/sign up sentence, you can override this COM_KOMENT_LOGIN_LINK language constant from your site backend > extension > language > override > click new > refer my second attached screenshot.

Also, even we set post authorization some spam still go through without authorization. Can we fix that?

I think the better way to prevent all these spammer, you can register an account from Cleantalk and Akismet then setup into your site backend Komento setting. http://take.ms/Hp1mA
