Hi folks,

Komento is causing my pages to crash. Any page with Komento enabled throws an error page. If I disable the "Content - Komento" plugin then at least the site comes back (but without Komento, of course). I'm running the latest Komento version and have never had any trouble with this component!

Any help much appreciated!

James
Hi James,

After a long time troubleshoot this seems like your template override for the file .../structure/default.php caused the issue.
Where as I rename the file (I've rename the file to default_backup.php temporarily http://take.ms/H7TAH ) and the page was loaded fine.
May I know do you have make any customization in this file? If yes, seems like you need to update your custom code

By the way, for your information, I've re-enable back the komento plugins in your site.

Hi Muhammed, thank you for all the time you spent on this! I apologize for the headache. Actually, it's related to this thread https://stackideas.com/forums/komento-comments-showing-but-can-t-add-new-one where Irwin wrote the custom PHP override! I had asked him if I could place the comment box above, not below, the comments. So... let's just keep it the way it is for now!!

Thank you once again for your help with this.
