Hi guys,

I'm getting the following error in user manager when I try to update/edit/delete a user:

Fatal error: Class 'Komento' not found in /home/cp7254/public_html/plugins/user/komentousers/komentousers.php on line 55

Any ideas for a fix?

Thank you!

James
Hello,

Can you extract and replace the attached file in your media/foundry/. If the issue still exist, we need your FTP to debug your site. Please give it a try.

I upgraded to the latest Komento version (1.8). Now I'm also getting this error when I try to access the Komento backend:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class FD40_FoundryFramework in /home/cp7254/public_html/media/foundry/3.1/joomla/framework.php on line 17

Any ideas?

Thanks,

James

Hello James,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Ok, that seems to have worked. I bought the pro version so I'm going to install that now and hope for the best! Will update this post if I have any trouble.

Thanks for your amazing components and support.
