Hello,
I tested the Komento integration in Easydiscuss (display user Komento comments in Easydiscuss profile).
I wanted to make the comments text smaller or hide it completely, bu there is no css class added to the tag containing it.
I do see a "ed-post-item__hd" class assigned to the parent div, but I am nosure that operating in that won't affect also other elements in easydiscuss, it seems a general class (not specific to komento comments).

If you do this simple fix, it would be great!
