Based on our internal test on an older version of Quix, Komento is loaded and work correctly.

You are correct, I do not have a subscription for Komento (yet, and perhaps, now, never). I have been a loyal Easyblog subscriber for many years and wanted to swap away from jComments to something else with better spam control. As I have had such a good run with Easyblog, then Komento seemed a logical choice.

A user (me) reported an issue, which, quite obviously, you didn't even bother to check/test. Perhaps your product has a bug (see my ticket on Easyblog - https://stackideas.com/forums/draft-posts-not-showing-on-frontend - yes that was your end), but perhaps it was my site's setup. But you'd never know...

I liked the look of Komento, and, yes, I confirmed by adding to another of my 90+ sites I manage, that it works. But I need it to work on every site which it does not. Disappointed, but it does help rule Komento out as an option.
