Dear Sir/Madam,

I use Komento 3.1.2, Joomla 3.8.13, PHP 7.2.1.
As soon as I bought and refreshed Komento, the old comments disappeard. When I'm out on my site, it shows how many comments are there (e.g. "6 comments"). As I click on the article, I only see the latest comments. There's no option to flip page, to seek for the earlier comments. They are somewhere there, I see them on the Admin site, but my readers can't see them, can't browse them. (E.g. at this post: https://talentummobile.hu/kreativitas/kreativitasrol/113-kreativ-iras-kep-alapjan-2#comments - I only see the comments from #10 ... No option to see more comments.)

On the other hand the 'old' Komento was not English, it translated automatically. Now I see I have to translate it word by word? And in the documentation I see I have to seek for something COM_KOMMENTO_XXX - but there's no such file. What file should I seek for? How can I translate the words?

And the third thing is, that the 'old' Komento has kept the look of my site. Now it overrides the css, and looks ugly. I would prefer to have the same look for every box and button as it is on my site.

But the urgent thing is to make all the comments visible to my visitors.

Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Sorry, I'm not sure I want to give you the access to my site.
I can handle php, html, css. So if there's any clue, let me know. Maybe others can learn from it as well.

Hi there,

Currently, we cant replicate those issues faced currently and it is required for me to access them in order to further check them. Once we know them, we can have a better insight on what happened on your end. So that we can point you what should be change and not.
What file should I seek for? How can I translate the words?
